1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Wombat CCW mobile application and related services (the “Service”) operated by Wombat CCW (“we”, “us”, or “our”).
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
3. Nature of the Service; No Legal Advice
The Service provides informational tools and general guidance related to firearm laws, concealed carry, and reciprocity. The Service, including any AI-generated output, is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute legal advice.
Laws and regulations change frequently and vary by jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for verifying applicable laws and compliance requirements. You should consult a qualified attorney or appropriate authority for advice specific to your situation.
4. User Responsibilities
You agree that you are solely responsible for:
- Ensuring your compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
- Verifying the accuracy and applicability of any information provided by the Service
- Your actions taken in reliance on the Service
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
5. Accounts

- AI-generated content is provided “as is” without guarantees of accuracy
- You are solely responsible for evaluating and verifying such content
- We are not responsible for decisions made based on AI-generated output
8. Subscription and Fees
Certain features of the Service may require a paid subscription. Pricing, billing terms, and features will be disclosed at the point of purchase.
- Subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled
- You are responsible for managing and canceling subscriptions through the applicable platform (e.g., Apple App Store or Google Play)
- Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or platform policies
9. Intellectual Property
The Service, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by Wombat CCW and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or if we determine that your use poses a risk to the Service, users, or third parties.
You may stop using the Service at any time.
11. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, RELIABLE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT IT WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS.
12. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WOMBAT CCW SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (USD $100).
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Wombat CCW and its affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or related to:
- Your use of the Service
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of applicable laws or regulations
14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict of law principles.
15. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be effective when posted, unless otherwise required by law. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
